Toledo Comic Arts Festival

The Toledo Library’s Toledo Comic Arts Festival (TolCAF) brings people together through comics. The festival promotes the diversity of the medium from a wide range of creators, encourages comics reading, and celebrates visual literacy. TolCAF features workshops, lectures, keynote speakers, a creator fair, panel discussions, and more for comics fans of all ages.
